My order hasn't been delivered yet... 

The estimated delivery time is described in the online confirmation. Please contact Customer Service if online confirmation is not received. Most orders take around 7-10 business days for delivery. 

Can I sign up for expedited shipping?

Depending on the size of the order/ order type, expedited shipping may be available contingent upon paying an increased shipping fee. 

There are some items missing from my order, what should I do? 

Refer to online confirmation order to ensure it reflects all purchased items. Certain items require special processing, which may affect delivery.

I received a damaged item in my order...
